Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator, Master Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and verifies purchase orders, follows up on outstanding orders, and provides back-order information
• Consults vendors for pricing and availability, obtains competitive bids, and conducts bid analysis
• Researches and negotiates routine purchases, analyzes inventory usage, and assists with capital requisitions and projects

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable job-specific experience required
• Professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
• Previous internship or 1 year of professional experience preferred
• Full proficiency in Excel
• Professional working proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
