Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

To provide temporary coverage during a planned family leave, the contract Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator will manage logistics operations, coordinate inventory planning, and oversee manufacturing processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international freight movements and coordinate shipping documentation
• Oversee inventory replenishment strategies and resolve order exceptions with 3PL partners
• Coordinate logistics for Amazon and Healf replenishment cycles, including shipment workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination in a DTC or consumer goods environment
• Hands-on experience with domestic and international freight and 3PL relationships
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central replenishment workflows
• Proficiency with supply chain and logistics platforms such as Flexport, Asana, or Shopify
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively
