Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing consumer products company, the full-time Supply Chain Coordinator will manage the flow of materials, inventory, and production activities while working remotely within the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assembly, inventory, and service items within the ERP platform
• Create, update, and distribute Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production activities
• Track manufacturing orders and coordinate follow-up to ensure on-time, in-full production completion

Required qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems and managing purchase orders, inventory records, and production documentation
• Ability to manage multiple purchasing, inventory, and production priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
