Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Summary
Organized and proactive, the full-time Supply & Logistics Coordinator will manage purchasing, inventory, and shipping logistics while working onsite to support the Hardware Production team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders, monitor open orders, and coordinate purchasing with suppliers
- Receive, stock, track, and replenish inventory while maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate parcel, freight, and international shipments, including documentation and issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Operational experience with purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems and proficiency with Google Suite or similar productivity tools
- Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational skills
- Physical capability for a combination of administrative and hands-on warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
