Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency in Order-to-Cash processes, the full-time remote Supply Chain Data Analyst will analyze and manage reference data, develop custom reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and manage reference data across O2C processes including demand capture and returns/refusals
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support business insights
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related areas (e.g., Order Management, Logistics)
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Query)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred
