Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Analysts, providing direction and mentorship
• Set the vision and roadmap for supply chain analytics aligned with business strategy
• Oversee the design and maintenance of analytical models and dashboards for supply chain performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or supply chain analytics
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing analytics professionals
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with modern data architectures and ability to manage cross-functional analytics initiatives
