Supply Chain Demo Advisor
Job Summary
Supporting customer demonstrations and proofs of concept, the full-time Demo & POC Advisor (Supply Chain Advisory) will prepare environments, execute data pipelines, and collaborate with Solution Advisors to deliver high-quality solution experiences, with a flexible remote or onsite presence as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and support demo and POC environments, including configuration and scenario setup
- Build and validate scripted demo scenarios for customer demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure demo scenarios align with customer requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting demos, POCs, or Conference Room Pilots in enterprise software or supply chain technology
- Hands-on experience with data preparation, system configuration, and environment setup for enterprise or SaaS solutions
- Basic understanding of supply chain workflows and business use cases
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments or solutions
