Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

Supply Chain Director is a full-time, salaried position responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the global supply chain planning organization, leading a high-performing team, and driving standardization and performance excellence across supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement best-in-class, end-to-end planning processes and improve planning maturity
• Lead the deployment of advanced planning tools and analytics, focusing on AI enhancements
• Establish global planning standards, policies, and performance metrics for consistency and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desired
• 10+ years of experience in leading End-to-End supply chain planning processes
• Proven experience with AI and advanced technologies in supply chain improvements
• Experience in consumer product goods or food/beverage/chemical organizations preferred
• Prior SAP experience in IBP/APO/SNP/PPDS environments highly preferred
