Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

Leading the commercial supply chain operations in Japan, the full-time remote Supply Chain Director will manage end-to-end processes, oversee external partnerships, and ensure compliance while driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategy establishment and launch execution
• Build and maintain relationships with external packaging contract manufacturers to enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Oversee budgeting and cost control efforts, identifying opportunities for operational savings while ensuring service quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Biopharma industry at the Associate Director level or above
• Experience with commercial product launches, including packaging operations and distribution
• Strong strategic planning and team development skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
