Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

To drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance, the full-time salaried Supply Chain Director will develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories while ensuring supplier quality and material productivity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise sourcing and category management strategies to support business growth and risk mitigation
• Lead supplier performance management initiatives, including establishing supplier scorecards and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier relationship management and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership within manufacturing environments
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships
• Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple business units or product lines
• Strong understanding of supplier quality systems and risk management processes
