Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is seeking a Supply Chain Director .

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy for sourcing materials domestically and internationally for monthly curriculum kits
• Identify new factories, establish relationships, and vet options to secure supply
• Lead negotiations, manage purchase orders, and develop inventory management systems for end-to-end supply chain visibility

Qualifications, Training and Education:

• 8+ years of experience with international and domestic sourcing
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to optimize supply
• Experience with supply planning analytics and people management
• Familiarity with supply chain IT systems to consider for implementation
