Job Summary

A company is looking for a SC Excellence Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Strategy Office, overseeing PMO, CI/LEAN, Strategy Governance, and Analytics teams
• Drive the development and execution of the global Supply Chain strategy and transformation roadmap
• Provide enterprise-wide indirect leadership to global Supply Chain sub-functions, guiding strategic priorities and operational maturity efforts

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS)
• 12-18+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain/operations
• Demonstrated success in leading multidiscipline transformation across complex enterprises
• Expertise in solving complex problems and designing scalable solutions
• Proven track record in embedding LEAN/CI and achieving measurable improvements
