Job Summary
Leading inventory management initiatives, the full-time Supply Chain Excellence Manager will develop strategies for inventory execution, align projections with company objectives, and drive continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex inventory management projects and develop execution strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and ensure adherence to standard processes across sites
- Coordinate with manufacturing sites to provide performance indicators and facilitate Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 8+ years of applicable experience
- 8+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
- Experience implementing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) processes and strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with Excel and large data sets
- APICS certification or coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems is desirable
