Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly vendor and 3PL payments, ensuring over 90% on-time accuracy
• Own and improve reconciliation processes with vendors and internal teams
• Monitor actual payments versus forecast, identifying deviations and risks

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations
• Strong experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis
• Experience with reconciliation, payments, or cash flow management
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong ownership and execution mindset
