Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Director - Food, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of plant controllers and oversee financial activities across 23 manufacturing sites
• Provide timely analysis for operational performance and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Lead financial reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced certifications preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Prior team management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
