Job Summary

Supporting the Supply Chain Knowledge Center, the full-time remote Supply Chain Knowledge Manager will drive supply chain clarity and capability building by translating insights into actionable narratives and fostering client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Support SCKC activities by identifying and influencing revenue opportunities through supply chain insights and value-based storytelling
• Engage confidently with stakeholders to build relationships and address queries while demonstrating commitment to collaboration
• Champion innovation in supply chain analytics by partnering with teams to implement AI enhancements that improve decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills
• Efficient in Microsoft Office and excellent presentation skills
