Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain and operations processes for capital equipment manufacturing
• Develop and maintain obsolescence management processes and collaborate on sourcing replacements
• Analyze workflows and implement lean practices for efficiency and cost reduction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership within capital equipment or complex manufacturing
• Expertise in obsolescence management and supplier development
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supplier collaboration platforms
• Experience in process optimization and compliance with industry standards
