A company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and scale the supply side of their marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale US supply chain operations
• Manage onboarding, vetting, and ramp-up of new suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the supply network

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations
• Experience managing or building supply networks, preferably in aerospace, defense, or robotics
• Experience leading or coaching teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, remote-first environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and outcomes
