Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, and manufacturing operations within the assigned region
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery for timely performance
• Drive cost efficiencies and manage supplier relationships to ensure capacity, quality, and service continuity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced organization
• Proven ability to manage global logistics and cross-functional programs
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems and developing scalable operational processes
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills
