Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain operations for optical transceiver technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a diversified global supply chain to reduce dependency on high-risk regions
• Negotiate with key suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Strong understanding of global strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Knowledge of optical/transceiver technologies and supply chain compliance initiatives
