Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract-management skills
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics
• Experience in compliance with UL, IEEE, and NEC standards
