Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of supervisors and analysts, the full-time Supply Chain Manager will manage the supply chain aspects of the Quality Management System, including the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in San Jose, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to support forecasting, procurement, and inventory control
• Analyze business data and generate supply chain visualizations to identify improvement opportunities
• Automate and optimize supply chain workflows using various tools and manage part master data for compliance documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years of experience in supply chain management, or a Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an alternate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visio, PowerBI, and Power Automate
• Experience with Python, Excel macros, RPA tools, and creating functional specifications
• Knowledge of trade compliance documentation, including HTS codes and Country of Origin Certificates
