Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the remote contract Supply Chain Manager will build and lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to manage inventory and waste within the consumer packaged goods industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, developing capabilities, and recognizing achievements
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective communication across teams and stakeholders
• Own forecasting and performance management processes, including insights generation and execution of action plans for structural improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of supply chain experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with strong analytical and technology capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Kinaxis and SAP ECC is a plus; APICS certification preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
