Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic procurement initiatives, the full-time Director of Supply Chain will develop and manage procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and negotiate equipment supply agreements, with the option to work remotely or from offices in Chicago, Asheville, Durham, or New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic procurement initiatives for project development and construction
• Coordinate procurement of major equipment with Development, Engineering, and Project Management teams
• Negotiate equipment supply agreements and manage logistics for timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of supply chain experience in the solar or electric utility industry
• B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including executives
• Experience with strategy, forecasting, and communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
