Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies for capital equipment, the full-time Supply Chain Manager will manage procurement processes for energy infrastructure projects, ensuring equipment availability and supplier commitments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for major capital equipment related to energy projects
- Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain alignment between project forecasts and supplier capacities, managing procurement schedules and supply chain tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or capital equipment procurement
- Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects and supplier negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and procurement management tools
- Experience with BESS, solar, microgrids, or related electrical infrastructure preferred
