Job Summary

Managing and scaling the supply chain network for a core stationery business, the full-time remote Supply Chain Manager will oversee supplier relationships, optimize capacity for peak seasons, and ensure high-quality fulfillment from manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage vendor performance, focusing on metrics such as on-time delivery and defect rates
• Develop capacity models and dynamically route orders to accommodate sales growth and seasonal demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and translate needs into technical specifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for modeling and forecasting
• Proven experience managing third-party manufacturers and enforcing service level agreements
• Ability to communicate complex supply chain concepts to various stakeholders
• Experience in navigating high-volume e-commerce seasonality
