Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager for a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage the execution and supplier accountability of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment, ensuring alignment with project schedules to protect construction timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery
• Hold suppliers accountable to production timelines while providing data-driven insights to leadership
• Identify potential schedule risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management for large-scale construction or data center projects
• Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes, particularly Chillers, Generators, and switchboards
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Suite of products
