Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
Focused on achieving operational goals, the full-time Supply Chain Manager will manage a complex portfolio of products, oversee global sourcing strategies, and ensure effective communication across departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage demand planning meetings and develop product manufacturing and distribution plans to ensure continuous supply
- Lead vendor/supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements and performance metrics
- Oversee the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, reporting supply chain metrics and collaborating with finance on month-end activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS 365 Suite
- Strong negotiation, team leadership, and networking skills
- Experience with GxP compliance and supply chain SOPs
