Job Summary

Leading a team in a dynamic environment, the full-time Supply Chain Manager will oversee supplier relationship management and purchasing execution for electronic components across multiple factory locations, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to meet performance objectives, including supplier delivery and material cost productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and category management to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Maintain and develop a well-structured team, identifying training needs and driving collaboration within and across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant work experience in a complex electronics manufacturing environment
• Experience in contract negotiations and a desire for continuous improvement
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of creative problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to interface successfully with various leadership teams
