Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To support growth initiatives, the full-time remote Supply Chain Manager will manage demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL fulfillment processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the hardware demand plan, translating marketing and sales data into actionable supply chain forecasts
• Lead consensus planning and inventory allocation decisions, ensuring alignment with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the 3PL relationship, including kitting, inbound receiving, and compliance with retail requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics for physical consumer products
• Hands-on experience with demand planning across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels
• Direct experience managing 3PL operations, including warehouse management and SLA governance
• Familiarity with retail EDI workflows and common transaction sets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets
