Supply Chain Managing Director

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements, the full-time Managing Director will lead initiatives in S&OP, strategic sourcing, and network design while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead S&OP redesign engagements including demand and supply planning
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives such as should-cost modeling and supplier consolidation
• Design supply chain network optimization through footprint analysis and cost-to-serve modeling

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years in supply chain consulting or operating roles, preferably with PRTM/PwC experience
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-workstream supply chain transformations
• Deep technical knowledge in S&OP, strategic sourcing, and network design
• Experience with PE-backed companies, ideally in CPG, industrials, or consumer sectors
• Fluency in AI tools and their application to supply chain challenges
