Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Supply Chain Operations Analyst will manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor daily distribution center activity, and drive continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient warehouse operations
• Monitor daily distribution center activity and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues
• Track, collect, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) while generating reports from multiple Excel sources

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics coordination
• 2+ years of experience working within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and reporting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
