Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure optimal business performance in supply chain operations
• Research and resolve issues related to order processing, shipping errors, and compliance with customer agreements
• Analyze inventory and service levels to maintain target performance and manage inventory allocation during supply constraints

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Supply Chain operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain, customer service, and accounts receivable functions
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
