Supply Chain Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading a talented team in a full-time remote capacity, the Supply Chain Operations Director will manage day-to-day supply chain activities while strategically implementing processes for continuous improvement, overseeing supplier management, and ensuring effective customer fulfillment.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivery to customers, managing forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and logistics
• Developing and refining S&OP and cross-functional planning processes, while participating in new product development efforts
• Creating strategic plans for supply chain operations based on market dynamics and collaborating with management teams to define future states

Required qualifications:

• Over 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including Director roles or equivalent
• Functional expertise in sourcing, outsourced manufacturing, 3PL logistics, and cost optimization
• Experience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, and CPG business operations
• Proven ability to manage international suppliers effectively
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members
