Supply Chain Operations Lead

Job Summary

Ensuring vendor invoice and work order compliance, the full-time Supply Chain Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and establish governance routines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage work order and invoice compliance, ensuring alignment with vendor contracts and addressing interface errors
• Liaise with vendors to resolve invoicing inquiries and monitor vendor performance data
• Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices for work order management

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, vendor management, or supply chain operations
• 2+ years of experience with Corrigo or similar work order management systems
• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvements and establishing governance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Project management experience preferred
