Job Summary

Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time remote Supply Chain Operations Manager will manage purchase orders, monitor inbound shipments, and translate sales forecasts into operational plans across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders with external vendors, ensuring accurate quantities and delivery dates
• Monitor inbound shipments, troubleshoot delays, and provide updates to stakeholders on shipment status
• Consolidate sales forecasts and collaborate with warehouse teams for effective capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain operations or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience with enterprise inventory, planning, or ERP systems
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
