Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day supply chain operations, the full-time remote Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee device purchasing, vendor management, and inventory accuracy while driving operational improvements and ensuring device availability.

Key responsibilities

• Run supply chain operations including device purchasing, vendor management, and order fulfillment
• Own inventory accuracy and device accountability throughout the device lifecycle
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and define supply chain KPIs to drive performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Strong experience with inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management
• Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms
• Demonstrated success in simplifying complex operations and optimizing workflows
