Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving AI adoption and operational excellence, the full-time remote Supply Chain Operations Manager will establish governance frameworks, oversee procurement initiatives, and manage project portfolios across various locations including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, and Richmond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance structures, including methodologies, operating procedures, and reporting mechanisms
• Lead AI adoption strategy by identifying high-value use cases and integrating AI-powered tools into workflows
• Oversee the procurement project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and tracking project performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain management within corporate real estate or procurement environments (required)
• Expertise in establishing governance frameworks and operational standards for sourcing and procurement teams
• Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel functions, with experience in data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of AI applications in procurement and experience with relevant platforms and systems
