Job Summary
Offering a full-time opportunity, the Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) will immerse participants in a 24-month program featuring two 12-month assignments across various Supply Chain functions, providing exposure to critical areas such as Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality while developing leadership skills through formal training and strategic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in diverse and challenging assignments across multiple Supply Chain functions
- Engage in formal training and career development activities to enhance leadership skills
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Executives on high-visibility projects and initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
- Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or industry-related clubs
- Successful completion of the Land O'Lakes internship program
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required
