Job Summary
To support the SCM initiative development, the part-time Supply Chain Project Coordinator will manage project needs, provide remote support and training, and develop tailored solutions for client organizations across various locations in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Support active projects with custom reporting and tools based on client demands
- Manage invoicing requirements, financial data, and monitor Purchase Orders across projects
- Perform supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement, production planning, and vendor coordination
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-education experience in a related role
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
- Experience with documentation management platforms such as SharePoint or Procore
