Job Summary

To support the SCM initiative development, the part-time Supply Chain Project Coordinator will manage project needs, provide remote support and training, and develop tailored solutions for client organizations across various locations in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Support active projects with custom reporting and tools based on client demands
  • Manage invoicing requirements, financial data, and monitor Purchase Orders across projects
  • Perform supply chain and logistics functions, including procurement, production planning, and vendor coordination
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-education experience in a related role
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Experience with documentation management platforms such as SharePoint or Procore
