Job Summary

To support the Supply Chain Management Initiative, the remote Supply Chain Project Coordinator will manage project needs, provide analytics and reporting, and oversee invoicing and procurement processes while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Support active projects with custom reporting and analytics based on client demands
  • Manage invoicing requirements and monitor Purchase Orders and Requisitions for timely delivery
  • Perform supply chain functions including material procurement, production planning, and vendor selection
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant post-education experience in a related role
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Experience with documentation management platforms such as SharePoint or Procore
