Job Summary

To support a dynamic talent acquisition strategy, the full-time remote Supply Chain Recruiter will manage high-volume recruiting for hourly and occasional salaried positions, develop diverse candidate pipelines, and provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Manage multiple candidate pipelines and conduct interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with hiring practices and stay updated on recruiting trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software
• Experience with internet search tools for candidate sourcing
• Ability to utilize behavioral interviewing techniques effectively
