Job Summary

Supporting the growth of a cutting-edge AI technology company, the remote Contractor Recruiter for Supply Chain & Ops will identify and attract high-impact talent across various operational functions for a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and related functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and expedite the hiring process
• Build talent pipelines through industry networks, referrals, and targeted market mapping beyond traditional platforms

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in supply chain, operations, or related business functions
• Proven ability to assess candidates for operationally critical roles with significant business impact
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers to refine job scopes and candidate profiles
• Strong skills in candidate assessment and closing, particularly in fast-paced environments
• Process-oriented mindset to maintain efficient and scalable recruiting workflows
