Supply Chain Resiliency Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency Program, the full-time remote Supply Chain Resiliency Manager will oversee a team, manage risk identification and mitigation, and ensure effective governance across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR) Program, aligning priorities and risk management goals
• Guide a team of Program Leads, establishing priorities and driving accountability for program execution
• Oversee SCR governance processes and performance metrics to monitor supply chain risks and program effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of team leadership or program management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
