Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end supply chain for a product portfolio, the full-time remote Supply Chain Senior Manager will focus on ensuring reliable patient supply, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape end-to-end product supply strategies and drive lifecycle management decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply
- Monitor product supply and inventory performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an Associate degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations
- Knowledge of advanced planning techniques related to demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Strong digital mindset with experience in leveraging digital tools for supply chain insights
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes in a matrix organization
- 7+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
