Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain & Print Fulfillment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregate and validate orders from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Create detailed print and fulfillment specifications for vendors and maintain organized documentation
• Manage inventory levels for printed materials and create purchase orders for print production

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, print production, or order fulfillment
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and inventory or ERP systems
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site shipment requirements
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and managing large data sets
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
