Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in customer retention and account optimization for eCommerce offerings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to enhance vendor delivery processes and reduce churn
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager on strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or sales
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
• Emotional intelligence to communicate effectively for consensus-building
• Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
