Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for the procurement of raw materials and services on a global scale, the full-time remote Supply Chain Specialist will manage purchase orders, maintain inventory levels, and analyze customer demand to ensure production efficiency across three manufacturing facilities in North America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and respond to customer demand fluctuations
• Consolidate data from multiple sites to forecast supply needs and track performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain, and logistics concepts
• Experience in an MRP environment and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
