Supply Chain Specialist
Job Summary
To support the supply chain needs of program offices, the full-time Supply Chain Specialist will manage supplier relationships, navigate complex supply chain challenges, and ensure the procurement of goods at minimum cost while working remotely or onsite in Cambridge, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support unique supply chain needs and facilitate supplier relationships
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive quotes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Monitor supply chain trends, identify risks, and manage purchase order data within the MRP/ERP environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain role
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS acquisition requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
