Job Summary

Proactively analyzing operational data, the full-time remote Supply Chain Specialist will manage wholesale inventory purchases and allocations, oversee third-party partners for in-store merchandising strategies, and ensure quality execution of greeting card programs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store operations for seasonal and mainstay card programs, ensuring quality and consistency
• Summarize and present weekly metrics of in-store operations to key stakeholders, showcasing operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to address store-level inventory needs and maintain records for the store footprint

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain (academic experience considered)
• Experience in demand planning and inventory management
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to leverage large sets of data for actionable insights
